Design of external signs

We are proud of our design heritage and offer a fully tailored design service.  At Malvern Signs & Graphics we have created eye-catching designs for many external signs and provided signs of all types and sizes to many companies & organisations.  With our expertise and design skills we are here to help.

Once we have discussed what you need you have selected your prefered colours where applicable we will form a design and email you a colour artwork proof to show you how your external signs will look to ensure that your your team have complete control of your branding.  Once we have carried out any final tweaks that you may need to ensure you are 100% satisfied you then approve the artwork for us to schedule in a convenient date for production.

Production of external signs

Our external signs are produced using various forms of sign making but mainly using cut or printed vinyl graphics.  Each sign graphic is precision machine printed where required or cut and then carefully applied to the relevant chosen substrate by hand.  Once finished each panel is cleaned and quality checked. On completion of panels your order is made ready with the relevant fixings or finishing components to achieve your completed order.

Materials for external signs

We have access to a vast range of materials to produce your sign from including Correx, Foamex & Acrylic to name but a few:

• Correx – cheap and lightweight this material is a fluted plastic panel and ideal for temporary signs and event markers.
• Foamex – available in various thicknesses foamex is the normal choice for a simple external sign
• Acrylic – available in various thicknesses and with finishes including radius corners and polished edges acrylic is a premium substrate.
• Aluminum – we use 3mm thick aluminum to produce large freestanding signs or signs that need to stand the test of time.

Application & installation of external signs

At Malvern Signs & Graphics we only use high quality materials as standard and will ensure that the material we specify is suited to your application.  We can also provide external signs ready for installation with pre-drilled holes, fixings, posts and other finishing products such as frames should you require.
