Will you do work for free for my charity or event? We do not undertake free or subsidised work, however we have a great range of materials that are suited to small budgets should you need are help.
Is it worth me trying to persuade you otherwise? Many have tried and we have always found a budget solution to help.

DATA RETENTION
Will my custom artworks be kept on file in case I need to re-order? Yes, we keep everything on file for exactly this purpose and have set procedures for off-site data backup.
I paid with a card, are you going to keep my details? No.
Do you sell or share your customer details or database? No.
Is my data secure? We ensure that we keep up to date with all data protection act guidelines.
Can I have copies of my CAD design files that you have created? No. We retain the rights to any CAD design files that we have created, however please contact us as we can make arrangements for sending these on to a third-party designed for you if the situation requires it.

afraid not, we schedule in our works to ensure that everyone is treated fairly & project deadlines are met. If you have an urgent request then please let us know asap and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

GRAPHIC DESIGN
Is your graphic design free? Yes and no, we don’t charge separately for design on the majority of our products, however we always confirm your enquiry with a formal quote so it will be clear to see.
What formats are acceptable for artworks? it all depends on the product type, a good rule of thumb is vectored artwork for anything non printed and hi-res JPEG or PDF for anything that is printed. Please feel free to get in touch if you have an enquiry that relates to a specific product type and we can help you.

GUIDES & INSTRUCTIONS
Do you send guides and instructions with completed orders? Yes, if the product type deems it necessary. We also have an ever-growing range of ‘How-To’ films available to you on our Vimeo channel.

INSTALLATION & APPLICATION
Can you install my signs for me? We are sign makers and like to spend our time doing what we are good at, however we do have access to a network of fitters that we can put you in touch with.
Can you apply my vehicle graphics/glass decor/vinyl decals? Yes, we are highly experienced ni this and would suggest that you pay a few more pounds to have the job done properly by us.
Can you apply my vehicle graphics/glass decor/vinyl decals that I have bought elsewhere or from eBay? No, we only apply products that we have produced so that we can be sure of the materials used.

PAYMENT
What methods of payment to you accept? We accept payment via bank transfer, paypal, cash or cheque. Certain surcharges may apply depending on the method you use.
What are my terms? Your terms are clearly stated on your invoice and we would kindly ask that you support us by ensuring payments are made in full and on time.
Do you use business factoring services? No, we send you an invoice – you pay us directly. Simple.
